Been using siteground for my hosting needs on and off since 2017 and I can without hesitation they have always had amazing customer support - on top of that I find their hosting services to be the best around whether its personal sites, forums or ecommerce hosting they provide all the tools you need for any web development venture.
Siteground has the best support, probably on planet Earth. Real people, answering the chat in seconds, helping and giving competent solutions. I have never needed to be referred to a higher level of support. My company uses Siteground for our web design clients.
We have been very happy with Siteground. We moved multiple websites from another provider and started with SiteGround about 18 months ago. Their support and service has been outstanding. We have the GoGeek plan which was a little more expensive but we needed the improved performance. We moved from one of the hosting providers Go... who we had been with for years because they used to be great but year after year they just got worse and worse. SiteGround for us has been what that other provider was 10 years ago. I hope they never change. We are paying for for the service which is the only downside but I think it is totally worth it!

One of the delights is that having to seek help is rare, basically because I’ve experienced very few problems.
