As our current two year contract was coming to an end, I noted that A2hostings were running a promo at greatly reduced prices. My enquiry as to whether this applied also to renewals resulted in a quick exchange in which a potential downside was noted (loss of a dedicated IP address) and when I confirmed this not being a problem, the contract was extended to three years, at a greatly reduced price. Support staff involved were invariably helpful in a very proactive manner. Top marks, just like on previous occasions when support was required.

Excellent support. I just recently moved to A2 because my provider had changed (resold several times since I orignally set up my site). Their website was painfully slow and pages wouldn't load. Customer support was the same. So I decided to move my domain to A2. The customer service I have received so far has been prompt and solved my issues. My issues were my own as I am learning my way around A2's site but I am finding the instructions to be much clearer on this site and am very pleased with my decision to move here.
You sign up for a 2 year plan... 6 months later they tell you that they have to migrate their servers and put you in a worse plan without offering any refund for giving you worse service. Never heard of a company like this. Of course they claim it is better service, but it is not.
A2 Hosting went from one of the best customer support hosting providers to the WORST... on the phone for 30 minutes to get a rep, and then just being disconnected,, Live chat says to wait for 26 minutes but its much longer then that. if you call you cannot get a person ... vague email replied once in 2 days., - I am locked out of my account due to malfunctioning human verification software that keeps us in a non ending loop.
Bought the Startup plan. Paid money. PIN 65985104.

I write on the second day to support - they answer: we are considering to avoid fraud (I don’t understand how to do fraud on mail hosting ...) But I'm waiting again. Today is the third day - no service and no money !!! Help !!!
In order not to lose your time and money - do not use A2HOSTING in any case !!!
My server is down. I have opened a ticket it's now over 2 hours, it seems like no one cares to respond to my ticket
I recently requested that my account be migrated to a server that more closely matched my configuration needs. The migration appears to have been flawless and done exactly as described ahead of time by the A2 Hosting Migrations Team.
Great support and hosting options despite the price has increased a little bit. I recommend it overall.
Always good. Fast. And, fixes the issue if it can be fixed. We have come along way in a year. Give and take on what we utilize our server for... but a good result.
